This is a community-owned initiative. Our priorities are shaped by the people we serve and grounded in the real needs of Austin residents. We meet people in trusted, familiar community spaces, and we welcome everyone, no matter where they're starting from. You don't need any experience, any special qualification, or any reason beyond wanting help.
The Riverland partnership
Riverland Community College serves as the program's employer and administrative partner. That's why you may see Riverland's name on our emails and staff nametags. But this program is a community resource first. Our Navigators are here to help you, not to enroll you in anything or sell you a service. Riverland simply provides a trusted home for the program so our team can focus on serving the community.
The Advisory Board
Our work is guided by the Digital Equity Advisory Board, a group of local organizations and agencies who share a commitment to closing the digital divide in Austin. Their guidance keeps the program accountable to the community it serves.
