Across the Austin, Minnesota area, digital barriers limit access to healthcare, jobs, and family. We're here to close that gap and provide free help when you need it. We have multi-lingual staff and expanded hours including evenings and Saturdays. Find our Digital Navigators at the Community Action Building (CAB) and other community locations coming soon.
Community-owned
This is a community-owned initiative. Our priorities are shaped by the people we serve and grounded in the real needs of Austin residents. We meet people in trusted, familiar community spaces, and we welcome everyone. No matter where you’re starting from or where you want to go, we are here to help you build your computer and smartphone skills and confidence. You don't need any special qualification — just free help when you need it.
The Advisory Board
Our work is guided by the Digital Equity Advisory Board, a group of local organizations and agencies who share a commitment to closing the digital divide in Austin. Their guidance keeps the program accountable to the community it serves.
The Riverland Partnership
Riverland Community College serves as the program's employer and administrative partner. This program is a community resource open to all Austin-area community members. Our Digital Navigators focus on serving the community.
